
A user experience review of Telephia’s customer reporting tools. Covering visual design and information architecture, interface design, nomenclature, and overall brand representation, the result was a set of recommendations upon which to base further technical development. Interestingly, the initiative began with the aim of making the tool output better match Telephia’s PowerPoint reports. However, it quickly became apparent that there were many other issues affecting the overall user experience; ultimately the outputs proved to be the least important issue overall.
